We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time Receptionist/Administrator (Min. 3 Full Days), who will be an important figure within our friendly team.
You would take on a wide range of tasks from telephone answering and welcoming visitors to providing secretarial and admin support to clients, so being an engaging and knowledgeable player is key.
You would also liaise with clients and staff within the administration office, delivering an exceptional customer service to our clients. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that you are a friendly, well presented, confident, upbeat and enthusiastic individual.
