Can my virtual assistant manage my inbound and outbound calls?

Yes! Not only do we manage your inbound calls, we are able to make outbound calls on your behalf. This may be to manage your diary, pass on a message or purchase items.

Do I have to commit to a certain amount of hours each week?

No, we have packages for call minding or you can chose 'Pay As You Go'. On the admin side we charge hourly, allowing you to be flexible with the work you need completing, Use the service only when needed.

Do you accept parcels?

Yes, subject to your mail package, we will accept small parcels as per Royal Mail’s Small Parcel Guidelines.

(Small parcels will not exceed: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg). Additionally, we are unable to accept any item containing dangerous, live or perishable goods. Balmer may refuse to accept any item it considers to be unreasonable or unlawful.

How do you know how to handle the calls?

We will have a call consultation with you before we take over your calls. This will allow us to find out the information that we need to know to handle your calls. We will ask you how you want us to answer the phone, what you would like us to do with callers and what the best way to contact you is.

How frequently is mail forwarded?

You choose how often you would like your mail. By default we send all post at the end of the week. If you would like this daily, bi-weekly or monthly please request this when we set up your mailing address. (There is an additional charge for postage costs associated with this).

How many hours work do I have to sign up for?

None! We don’t have a minimum charge for admin hours as this is a hourly rate, we are available as and when you need us.

How soon can I start?

Once we have received your ID your address can be set up within 24 hours.

What about calls out of hours?

We have bespoke voice messages for out of hours. These can be emailed to you directly, as they are received or we will listen to them before 9am the next morning and deal with queries or pas messages through to the correct person.

What happens if my PA is on holiday or sick?

Even if you have a dedicated personal assistant we will always make sure there is a second person together with notes and full training, Another personal assistant will always be available meaning you will have no disruption in services.
