Along with every other office administration, Smart Office Services offers a totally safe, secure and confidential payroll service. We can do this as part of the complete “back room” office service we already give you or we can do as a "one-off" task.

We know how important payroll is to your business. We know it needs to be on time, every time in order for you to maintain the trust and productivity of your employees. This we will do. We have up-to-date software and keep abreast of all/any changes in payroll legislation.
Whether your payroll is required weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly we can accommodate you. Just advise us of any changes and we can do the rest for you. You will be supplied with Reports which are simple to understand and completely secure confidential payslips which can be despatched to you or alternatively sent directly to your employees if you so wish. We will advise you regularly of payments to the Inland Revenue and act on your behalf in all dealings with the Tax Office or other governmental departments on any queries thus saving you valuable time.
We will reconcile your year end, print all your P60s and send the P35 and P14s directly to the Tax Office on line within the time frame required. As from 2010, on-line submission will be mandatory. We are extremely cost effective and will deal with all queries directly with the Inland Revenue on your behalf.
For those companies or individuals using sub-contractors we can deal with all aspects of CIS which can seem like a minefield.
Additionally, you may know that for all directors and those employees receiving benefits a P11D has to be supplied. We can also take this burden from you and ensure you are fully complying with Inland Revenue requirements.
