If the meeting is within a reasonable mileage it is possible for us to attend the location with you to take minutes, and then process them back on site before emailing them through to you. Alternatively we can transcribe from dictation machines or over the Internet before emailing or posting through to you.
Diary/Email Management – We offer on-line diaries we share with our clients. We can put in, or make appointments for you and, where necessary, produce job sheets, always being mindful of location and travel. Our diary system is secure and password accessible thus ensuring privacy. A database can be linked to the diary thereby giving full contact details at all times. If required, we can also access your emails, deal with and respond on your behalf when instructed. In addition, we are able to undertake email marketing on your behalf.
Mail Shots – We can compile or update your database, prepare the mail shot and then post out for you – be it invitations, letters or even labels for your Christmas cards, we can take the slog out of the job for you.
Telephone/Fax – We have a sophisticated call minding system and when your calls are put through to us, they are answered in a professional but friendly manner and dealt with according to your requirements.
